Shipping Policy

We work hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Processing time typically takes between half a working day and one full working day, and we aim to have all orders handed over to the delivery company on the same working day wherever possible.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours, with a maximum processing time of 36 hours during peak periods or non-working days. Please note that dispatch times may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, or courier availability.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (midday) on Friday, or during weekends or UK bank holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed outside of our operating hours (08:00–22:00) will also be processed the next working day.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout and the courier used. Some couriers do not operate on weekends or bank holidays, which may affect delivery times.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details (where applicable).

A parcel is considered delayed if it has not arrived within 3 working days after dispatch.

A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived within 14 full days after dispatch.

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.


Delivery Responsibility & Delays

While delivery is carried out by third-party couriers, NULTRAFITUK will assist in investigating and resolving any delivery issues where possible.

If a delay occurs, we will:

  • Investigate the issue with the courier
  • Keep the customer informed
  • Work towards a suitable resolution where appropriate

All claims regarding delays, missing parcels, or delivery issues are subject to investigation and may require supporting evidence.


Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided:

  • Changes can only be made before dispatch
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend delivery details

If a parcel is lost or delivered incorrectly due to customer error, we are unable to issue a refund. Customers may contact the courier directly to attempt redirection or recovery where available.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for any re-handling and re-shipping costs.


Split Shipments

If part of an order is unavailable, customers may be offered the option to:

  • Wait for all items to become available
  • Cancel the order
  • Receive available items separately

If a split shipment is requested, additional shipping costs may apply.


International Shipping

The same processing times apply to international orders; however, delivery will take longer due to overseas transit and customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their country. We are unable to advise on these charges prior to shipment.


Additional Shipping Terms

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

Orders may occasionally be shipped in a single consolidated delivery if multiple items are purchased


Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels

If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or being uncollected, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from any refund issued or request payment before re-shipping.


Delays Disclaimer

While we always aim to deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, strikes, bank holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We cannot be held responsible for such delays; however, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and assist in resolving issues where possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
